The Dodecanese Land Registry concerns all property owners in the Municipalities of Agathonisi, Astypalaia, Kalymnos, Lipsi, Leros (the area not covered by the Land Registry of Kos), Karpathos, Kasos, Nisyros, Megastis, Tilos and Halkis.

The reporting process ends on September 16, 2019 for domestic residents, for residents abroad and the Greek State.

If you have not submitted a property declaration to the National Land Registry within the time limit you can submit a late declaration during the land registration and
until the date to be determined by decision of the Ministry of Environment and Energy, completing the D2 – Declaration Form of Law 2308/1995. In that case, however, a fine, is to be imposed at a later stage, depending on the type and value of the immovable property.

You can submit your property declaration in two ways:

• By taking himself or a third party to one of the competent Land Registry/Information Offices that operate

1.          Athens,  Lef. Veikou 137, Galatsi 111 46.  (08:00 to 16:00 every Friday)
2.          Kalymnos, Pothia in the Th Building. Municipality Services. ( 08:00 to 16:00 daily and 08:00 to 20:00 on Wednesdays)
3.          Karpathos,Pigadia on the Pedestrian Area.  ( 08:00 to 16:00 daily and 08:00 to 20:00 on Wednesdays)
